We can also cut liners from UHMW sheet materials, and perform a variety of processes including tapped holes, embossments, and louvers. CUSTOM LASER CUTTING OMCO Fabrication offers top-notch laser cutting services that can meet tolerances down to .005″ or closer. Working with a broad range of materials, we can cut steel, stainless steel and aluminum ranging from 24 gage to 5/8” thick. PLASMA/OXY-FUEL BURNING OMCO Fabrication’s ability to provide clients with comprehensive, high-quality metal manufacturing services include highly advanced oxy-fuel torches for applications requiring bulkier components with coarser edges, as well as plasma cutting equipment with high-definition, true hole technology able to cut through material up to 1.5” thick. FORMING & ROLLING OMCO Fabrication offers in-house roll forming services for many shapes such as fabricating pipe, elbows, ductwork, cones, and cyclones. All of our advanced forming and rolling machinery is CNC controlled, which allows bending sheet metal to produce quality components to meet our clients’ tight deadlines. CUSTOM WELDING With a team of AWS D1.1, D1.2, and D1.3 certified welders, OMCO Fabrication offers clients expert MIG, TIG, stick, flux core, aluminum, and spot-welding operations. We also offer robotic welding capabilities for repeat, high volume production. INDUSTRIAL PAINTING With a 10,000 square foot finishing area equipped with an ultra-large spray paint booth, a large indoor grit blasting booth, as well as a batch powder coating system with a gas-fired oven, OMCO Fabrication can handle the entire production process from beginning to end – all under one roof. Several pre-coating preparation options are available such as degreasing and immersion washing.
